We are conveniently located two blocks west of Main Street off of Cook Road and Blossier Road, where Cook turns into Farnel Road, just five minutes from the Santa Maria Airport. Our facility has 916 self-storage units ranging in size from 4’x 5’ to 30’x 30’ and our knowledgeable storage specialists can help you determine the unit that fits your needs. Because we value our customers’ security, our facility has motion detection cameras providing 24-hour video surveillance and a manager who lives onsite. And to make your move easier, we’ve implemented convenient features like drive aisles wide enough for semi-trucks and wide hallways. Our facility also offers a unique feature called DocuSign, an electronic lease that you sign digitally to save time. As part of the community, many of our customers enjoy living in this beautiful wine country and visiting vineyards and wineries. The folks at Extra Space are all REALLY nice and friendly (even when you don't know their names and call them "hey you") and are eager to help meet all your needs. They only want to make sure you are happy and will not pressure you in any way. The facilities and grounds are all clean and well taken care of. I feel that the units are secure and am comfortable with having my stuff in storage there and don't feel the need to check on it "just to make sure."
