Knowing that this location was close to our home, I decided to check on costs and availability for storing items from a returning to home college grad. I walked into the office which is very clean, inviting, and well-organized. ( It also has plentiful supplies of any packing materials one might need.). I was warmly greeted by Steve, who was professionally attired in company gear. He took the time to inquire as to the type and amount of items we planned to store, then suggested a couple of possible units that might be best for our needs. He shared the cost savings for a second floor unit as well, as I had initially indicated I wanted a ground floor unit. During our discussion, I also was introduced to Steve’s manager, Daniel, who was similarly friendly and professional. Steve took the time to explain the various plans, insurance coverage, etc., and I was able to select the unit and timeframe that optimized our needs while managing cost. I know this is a lengthy survey but I feel it’s important to let others know how professional in every way this experience was - I have years of experience in dealing with the public and this was top notch. (I also overheard Daniel returning g calls and his phone manner was exemplary.). Really a nice experience!!
