I have had a good experience with Extra Space Storage at the Cloverfield location. The property is clean and well lit. It is very easy to access my storage unit. The building and operation are well managed and it was easy to get started. After about a year, I moved from a large storage to a smaller one and the process was very easy and efficient. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage Cloverfield if you are looking for a clean, well lit, easy to access location.

After coming from a different storage company where the customer service was honestly awful, this team completely restored my faith in what great service should look like. Terry is an absolute star. She goes above and beyond for every single person who rents here, and you can genuinely feel how much she cares. She’s resourceful, patient, and always willing to help...no matter how big or small the request is. Every staff member I’ve interacted with has been friendly, warm, and truly committed to making the experience smooth.
