We are conveniently located at 13101 NE 16th Avenue, near the cross street Arch Creek Road and across the street from the City of Miami – Department of Fire-Rescue. We are just three blocks from US-1, close to the Aventura Mall. Our facility has 805 self-storage units ranging in size from 3’x 3’ to 20’x 20,’ some of which are climate-controlled for sensitive items. Our knowledgeable storage specialists can help you determine the unit that fits your needs. To make your move easier, we’ve implemented convenient features like drive aisles wide enough for semi-trucks, ample outdoor parking, moving carts for interior units and passenger elevators. Our extended gate hours, from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., are longer than most other storage facilities’ and allow you to access your belongings when you need them. Our facility also offers a unique feature called DocuSign, an electronic lease that you sign digitally to save time. We are close to Aventura, Bay Harbour, Biscayne Park, Johnson Wales University, Miami Shores, Sunny Isles Beach and Trump Towers. Directions from the East:
From Biscayne Blvd North or South turn west onto 135th Street. Turn left onto 16th Avenue- As you cross the railroad tracks the office will be on the left hand side.

Directions from the West:
Turn onto 135th Street. When you see NE 16th Avenue- turn right. As you cross the railroad tracks turn left. Extra Space Storage is on the left side of the road- east of Dixie Highway. Our address is 13103 NE 16th Avenue.
