The new on site manager lacks any form of professionalism and has allowed a rodent problem to get so out of hand that several customers have had to try to change units or throw away items due to pest destruction. I get unsatisfactory answers when I question what’s being done and have made plans to move out of the facility after finding the rodent intrusion in my unit.
