Already called (05/07/2026) where spoke over 45 minutes with Ashely, who is a member under Mario(district manager)and was stated that they won’t give any retroactive compensation and as well no exactly timeline of fixing the AC system. AC unit NOT WORKING for over 130 DAYS. I’ve been paying for a climate-controlled unit since December 20, and as of today (May 4), the air conditioning is still not working — over 4 months without the core service being provided. I understand the recent storm impacted operations, but this issue started well before that and has never been resolved. I’m storing temperature-sensitive collectibles that can be permanently damaged, and I’ve continued paying for a service that hasn’t been delivered. I’ve documented temperature differences of 10–12 degrees between my unit and properly functioning climate-controlled areas in the same facility. I’ve tried to resolve this privately and was offered a minimal credit with no timeline for repair. Being told to “leave if I’m not happy” is not a solution. At this point, I am asking for:• A clear repair timeline• Fair compensation for the full period• Immediate measures to protect affected units If this isn’t addressed promptly, I will be filing formal complaints and continuing to escalate. I would prefer to resolve this professionally.
