Our facility has more than 500 self-storage units ranging in size from 5’x 5’ to 10’x 30,’ some of which are climate-controlled for sensitive items. Our knowledgeable storage specialists can help you determine the unit that fits your needs. Because we value our customers’ security, our facility has motion detection cameras providing 24-hour video surveillance, electric gate access and a manager who lives onsite. And to make your move easier, we’ve implemented convenient features like drive aisles wide enough for semi-trucks and drive-up units. Our extended gate hours are longer than most other storage facilities’ and allow you to access your belongings when you need them. Our facility also offers a unique feature called DocuSign, an electronic lease that you sign digitally to save time. As part of the community, many of our customers enjoy shopping at Whitehall Crossing and College Mall, dining at The Bluebird, Nicks English Hut and The Farm and recreating at Hoosier National Forest, Brown County Parks, Lake Monroe and Lake Lemon. This facility is great! It was the cheapest rate that I found but the service was fantastic! I would have rented with them even if they weren't the cheapest because they are wonderful. The staff is great to work with and they helped me find the unit that was right for me. If I ever need to rent again in the future they will be the only place I go to! I recommend this facility to anybody looking for some extra storage! You wont go wrong with them!

We needed to rent a unit in Bloomington, IN, however, we were not yet located in Bloomington. The representative in the Bloomington location called their Mishawaka office to set up the rental agreement saving us a 4 hour trip just to sign paperwork. Representatives at both locations were friendly and knowledgeable.

This Storage Facility is staffed by very friendly, helpful, and competent people. It is spotless and in great shape. Security is great, with cameras and a gate. I would highly recommend it, and have used them more than once.

Of all the storage facilities I contacted for the possibility of renting space, this was the most secure, modern, and clean, and all at the most affordable price. The staff was very helpful, and the facility had the added bonus of indoor storage units that, while not climate-controlled, offer better protection from extreme temperatures. I was very satisfied.

Upon needing storage I did extensive research. The facility ended up the nicest and the least expensive and I also received a discount by booking online. The management and staff I have worked with have gone above and beyond with their assistance. I am impressed with the whole experience I've had so far.

The facility and staff were great. The only glitch was the day I moved out and told the property manager. He said he would check the unit later in the day and confirm I had moved out. Two days later we got a panicked call from the property telling my clerical staff that the unit was unlocked.
