Extra Space Storage of Everett, Massachusetts is conveniently located directly off of Route 60, just 10 minutes outside of Boston, and offers a safe storage solution for your commercial or personal needs. We pride ourselves on an outstanding, bilingual (English/Spanish) management team that lives on-site and who ensure the cleanliness and safety of the storage facility. To ensure convenience, we offer longer access hours than other storage facilities in the area, from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., 24-hour video surveillance and an electronic lease. We have 850 storage units, ranging in size from 5’x5’ to 20’x20’ some with climate control for sensitive items. The four loading docks and semi-truck accessible drive-aisles simplify the moving and unloading process. Because of the conveniences we offer, many of our customers come from various Boston schools like Harvard, MIT, Tufts, Boston College, Boston University, and Northeastern. We are also located in a historical building that has been a part of the Everett community for almost one hundred years, and home to Extra Space Storage since 2006. We are located on the border of both Everett and Chelsea city boundaries, just one mile from Rout 1 and close to Admirals Hill, Cambridge, Charlestown, Chelsea, Everett, Malden, Medford, Revere and Somerville. The facility is secure - I like that it has a gated entrance and, beyond that, the doors are also code-access only. I reserved the 10x10 and it was a good size for a 2-bedroom apt move. The prices are competitive and it's easy to get to from Rt. 16 Sometimes there is trash littered around the inside entrance, but I think that's the fault of those moving in and not the facility's staff. I was also able to reserve the truck for free to move in - a great deal!

Really kind and friendly staff, place is clean! Not too far from highway, either. It's been a few years I got my stuff in there, changed my unit a few times as well, and crews are always as helpful as ones can be! Very satisfied.

The location is very convenient to Chelsea and Everett. The customer service is excellent. The building is old, and set up like a maze - but the units are clean, and they are mildly heated. There are usually carts available near the doors, and with 4 door bays, I never had to wait to load/unload. I usually just drove right up to one of the doors. The exterior gate sometimes sticks open though - but the building itself is secured, and each unit has a lock. The rates were competitive.

Dr. Doolittle's cousins...NOT!!!! - Everett, MA

We just want to give a head's up to management and others who use the facility... Everything appears to be very well lit,...clean in all the corridors,...and the staff, -when we're there during their business hours,- is absolutely awesome!!! READ ON, THOUGH... The racoons that chase us in the facility are scary and THEY ARE NOT MORE SCARED OF US THAN WE ARE OF THEM. Winter's coming and they'll be there in full force again...WHY?!! I believe it's because people leave the back door (where handicapped people enter) open. You got to admit-that's a security issue, right? Sometimes the automatic overhead doors are stuck open overnight, therefore,...racoons come in looking for warmth, not for food, 'cause I never see food out in the corridors I use, or the on dock. There's got to be a solution for this problem. This is a comment...constructive criticism. Weigh in also , okay? Any suggestions?

I like this place. It is very convenient for my use. It is clean. Open hours works great for me even during the weekends. However, there has been a few times the access during weekends are not available due to facility malfunction. Of course, there are no one available to help. I wish there is hot line I can call to get an access when it happens during office off hours. Thank you. Keep up the good work.
