Since 2004, Extra Space Storage of Philadelphia has offered state-of-the-art security and exceptional accessibility so you can rest assured that your goods are safe and available to you when you need them. We offer a wide variety of storage options for businesses and individuals looking to store anything from a few boxes, to an RV, to commercial inventory. We are conveniently situated on Philadelphia Route 1, just a few miles from Interstate 95 and 30 minutes from downtown Philadelphia. Our facility has 881 self-storage units ranging in size from 4’x 5’ to 29’x 36’, most of which are climate-controlled to protect against harsh weather. We also have 34 storage spaces for RVs, boats, cars and other vehicles. Our knowledgeable storage specialists can help you determine the unit that fits your storage needs. Because we value our customers’ security, our facility has motion detection cameras providing 24-hour video surveillance, key-coded gate access and a sound-sensitive alarm system. We also want to make your move easier so we’ve implemented convenient features like drive aisles wide enough for semi-trucks, covered/climate-controlled loading areas and drive-up units. Our extended gate hours, from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., are longer than most other storage facilities and allow you to access your belongings when you need them. Many of our customers in this family-oriented community enjoy supporting local sports including the Eagles, the Flyers and the Phillies or frequenting the Sesame Place amusement park. Other residents build radio-controlled planes and meet at Benjamin Rush Park, just three miles from us. Our site is also in close proximity to the Philadelphia Parx Casino and Racetrack, the Franklin Mills Mall and the Oxford Valley Mall. Our building formerly housed an indoor flea market, Normandy Square, but now serves the storage needs of the surrounding communities of Notheast, Mafair, Bucks, Krewes Town, Bustleton, Fox Chase, Torresdale, Bensalem and Philadelphia. Continue to the 1st traffic light- and make a wide right turn onto US-Route 1 South (inside lanes). At Comly Road (just past the Nabisco factory)- make a U-turn. Directions from the West:
