We are conveniently located off Poplar Avenue and Union Avenue Extension, close to Interstate 240 (I-240). Our facility has 537 self-storage units ranging in size from 5’x 5’ to 10’x 30’ and storage spaces for RVs, cars, boats and other vehicles. Our knowledgeable storage specialists can help you determine the unit that fits your needs. Because we value our customers’ security, our facility has motion detection cameras providing 24-hour video surveillance, bright lighting, electric gate access and a manager who lives onsite. And to make your move easier, we’ve implemented convenient features like drive aisles wide enough for semi-trucks and drive-up units. Our extended gate hours are longer than most other storage facilities’ and allow you to access your belongings when you need them. Our facility also offers a unique feature called DocuSign, an electronic lease that you sign digitally to save time. As part of the community, many of our customers enjoy dining at popular local restaurants like Rio Tiro Loco, watching movies at the Overton Park Drive-In and attending the Cooper Young Festival. We are close to Lipscomb, Pitts Insurance Building the Memphis Zoo and Overton Park. This is my first time using a storage a facility and I was really nervous after hearing horror stories about other places from friends. I have now been a customer for over a year and would recommend this location to anyone! The staff has been great, my unit has been easy to access, and I have not seen one thing wrong anytime I visit. The one time I was late I got a friendly reminder call and the man was super cool about it. This will be the only storage location I ever use no matter where I move in the city because it's worth the drive to me!

I have been with Extra Space Storage for about two years now and it is a great value. While I dont like the hours, as they close the gates at 10pm, it is very secure. I will trade the hours for the security! Great Job Extra Space Storage!
