We are located close to the cross streets of Winchester and Riverdale Bend behind the New Royal Furniture near Highway 385. Our facility has 738 self-storage units ranging in size from 5’x 5’ to 20’x 30’, some of which are climate-controlled for sensitive items. We also have storage spaces for RVs, cars, boats, campers and other vehicles. Our knowledgeable storage specialists can help you determine the unit that fits your needs. Because we value our customers’ security, our facility has motion detection cameras providing 24-hour video surveillance, electric gate access and a manager who lives onsite. We also want to make your move easier so we’ve implemented convenient features like drive aisles wide enough for semi-trucks and moving carts for interior units. Our facility also offers a unique feature called DocuSign, an electronic lease that allows you to sign your rental agreement digitally to save you time. As part of the community, many of our customers enjoy recreating at Shelby Farms and attending the annual Germantown Festival, FedEx Golf Tournament and Germantown Horseshow. Residents also visit Elvis Presley’s Graceland, the Agricenter and the Collierville Open Mall. I rented at this facility two years ago. I liked it then. Since the staff was friendly and knowledgable, I gained the comfort of renting there again, I came back to them once I moved back to Memphis. This is my second time renting from this location. The facility is clean, easy access to storage, not crowded, and security cameras all around. Good place to rent from.
