We are located at the cross streets of Preston and Frankford behind Taco Bueno and Arby’s, across from Braums and close to the George Bush freeway. Because of our proximity to University of Texas at Dallas, many professors and students store with us either long-term or while in transition. Our facility has close to 700 self-storage units ranging in size from 5’x 5’ to 10’x 35,’ some of which are climate-controlled for sensitive items. Our knowledgeable storage specialists can help you determine the unit that fits your needs. Because we value our customers’ security, our facility has motion detection cameras providing 24-hour video surveillance, electric gate access and a manager who lives onsite. We also want to make your move easier so we’ve implemented convenient features like drive aisles wide enough for semi-trucks, moving carts for interior units and drive-up units. Our facility also offers a unique feature called DocuSign, an electronic lease that allows you to sign your rental agreement digitally to save you time. From 635 LBJ Freeway- take Exit 21 (Preston Road). Exit to the North. Go approx. 8 miles. Our facility is on the southeast corner of Preston and Frankford. Our driveway is located between Taco Bueno and Arbys.

Directions from the East:
Take George Bush freeway west to the Preston Road Exit. Trun left on Preston Raod. Go about 1 mile and cross over Frankford road. We are on the left hand side behind Taco Bueo and Arbys

Directions from the West:
Take George Bush (190) East to the Preston Road exit. Turn right at light and go approx. 1 mile. Cross over Frankford- and the facility is behind Arbys/Taco Bueno on your left hand side.
