I have used this storaage facility on two separate occasions for a period of time and currently store things there now. I love the Manager, she is very helpful and friendly. I would defintely recommend this company for all your storage needs!!

I have been very impressed with the customer service at Extra Space Storage in Plano. We had a problem with the lock on the storage door when we first moved in. The manager immediately rode out to the unit, removed the old lock and replaced it with a new one. He was very polite and friendly and offered to lock the unit after he replaced it so we wouldn't have to wait.

I chose this facilty as it is close to my home and we have used it before. The facility is always clean and the staff is always eager to assist in any way.

I have only been a tenant for a few months, no problems with rate increases. But those are to be expected, when their costs go up it will effect everyone, have you bought a gallon of gas latey?, consumer goods change in prices every day... The facility is clean, professional and well managed. I would recommend this to any friend, famliy member or a stranger on the street.

The Extra Space Storage location off Wagner Rd is a phab place to store all of our excess inventory. We have been using the Extra Space Storage location off Wagner in Plano, TX for a year as of today. Our business is growing so we had to move to a larger climate controlled storage unit and the transfer from our smaller space to larger space was handled perfectly by their team members. Both Michelle and Ken were wonderful during the transition of going from our current space to a larger one and it could not have been easier to make the switch. I checked out some other storage locations to determine if I had the best value and realized that not only was Extra Space Storage a better value, but the customer service provided at that location also remains the primary reason to continue to store at that location. I truly appreciate the service, honesty and ease of working with the team over there. I would recommend to anyone looking to personally store excess goods or a small biz that needs EXTRA SPACE cause they are growing to check out that location! Extra Space is located in a safe area, is easy to access and has a very supportive staff that can handle any situation perfectly.

Extra Space Storage has many locations around the DFW area which makes them very convenient. They have a friendly and helpful staff to help you with any questions or concerns you might have about your storage unit/facility. The facility in Plano, Texas at Wagner Way is convenient and clean. They have great prices and many different units to choose from.

THE MANAGER KEEPS THE STORAGE FACILITY CLEAN AND NEAT AND IS THERE TO HELP WHEN YOU NEED IT. I HAVE BEEN THERE ABOUT A YEAR AND HALF AND IT IS STILL THE SAME AS WHEN I FIRST VISITED IT. I FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE WITH MY TREASURES BEING STORED THERE. THANKS! CREW.

Was quote a fair price but after renting for 6 months the price was raised for no apparent reason. Lived with the first price increase and again after a few months the price was raised.
