We are conveniently located on Treaschwig Road, the Cypresswood exit off of I-45, and right off of 1960 W, just ten miles from Bush Intercontinental Airport. Many of our customers enjoy the outdoors at nearby Carters Country, the Mercer Arboretum and Jones Forest. Our facility has more than 550 self-storage units ranging in size from 5’x 10’ to 15’x 30’, some of which are climate-controlled for sensitive items. We also have 46 outdoor storage spaces for boats, trailers and trucks. Our knowledgeable storage specialists can help you determine the unit that fits your storage needs. Because we value our customers’ security, our facility has motion detection cameras providing 24-hour video surveillance. We also want to make your move easier so we’ve implemented convenient features like drive aisles wide enough for semi-trucks and extra-wide units. Our extended gate hours, from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., are longer than most other storage facilities and allow you to access your belongings when you need them. Our facility also offers a unique feature called DocuSign that allows you to sign your rental agreement digitally, a simplified system to save you time. I read a few reviews on another site regarding this location that were not too good so I was a little worried. The price is great though so I thought I would give it a try. My unit is a back unit near a wooded area. No problems getting in our out. Only one cart for quite a large area though so sometimes I have spent 5-10 minutes looking for the cart for my building. Temperature controlled unit always seems to be working. Have had no problems but I am only into the second month. So far so good. Very friendly staff too!

For the most part, I have no complaints. My only suggestion would be for the renters to have access 24 hrs. I personally work nights and have to sleep during the day so night access is easier for me. I would also suggest more 2 way mirrors for corners to be able to view oncoming vehicles. The staff has always been plesant to work with and extremely helpful. I would recommend others to this facility if asked.

We've had our unit here for a few years and have never had any problems.They are nice and clean units,The grounds are always kept up.There is security, so no worries,and Robin is so awsome.If you are looking for a safe,nice and clean place to store your things,look no more this is the place... The property took a major change after Extra Space Storage to over. Anthony and Robin were great people to deal with. We have had unit there for about 7 years. This is the best group yet. The major changes painting the floor, cleaning the units from top to bottom and the security cameras are just ausom.. We are getting to like Kenny as days go by, but we will reall be unhappy when Robin retires.. She is a real sweetheart. Everyone is very helpfull in whatever you need
