I have rented from x-space off and on over the years and have always been glad for the on site management as well as having a fenced area with security gate. The only complaint is in the winter with the snow and ice makes it difficult to access your unit.Even so I would reccomend x-space to friends and family.

A tad bit difficult to get to off of 54th. Entrance key pad difficult to use especially when there's snow.

When I rented my space, the staff was very friendly and knowlegable. The security there made me feel my belongings were safe there in storage. There was a small cleaniless problem, but the staff took care of it in a timely manner. I have recommended Extra Space Storage to other people already.

I have rented from this location before and is part of the reason that i returned. I was always treated well and would highly recommend this location to anyone!!!

There is something shoul be improved. There is not any gutters so when you try to open the gate of your storage in winter time, you get wet for the dripping frozen water coming for the roof. And it is VERY COULD !!!!!

When I was looking for a storage facility I did a lot of research. I needed a storage unit for 6 months. Most of the storage facilities that I looked at wanted me to sign a 1 year lease even though I only needed a unit for 6 months. Some of the storage companies offered a month to month lease but the price of the unit went up. With Extra space storage you were able to do a month to month lease without the price going up. When I went to the facility to sign the paperwork and get a unit the store manager helped me. He answered all of my questions, showed me the grounds and showed me their security system. The manager showed me all of the units that would accommodate my needs. He also gave me different payment plan's. I was very pleased with my experience. After 6 month's I needed to lease the unit for a little longer. I went to the office and spoke with a staff member. The staff member was very helpful and advised me that it wouldn't be a problem to stay on a month to month lease for as little or as long as I needed. She also advised me how easy it would be to end my lease when needed. Any time I went to my storage unit it was a pleasant experience. The grounds were always in excellent condition. The office was always very clean. I would see the staff on the property and they were always very friendly and willing to help with anything. I had a storage unit that was inside and the hallways were always clean and well lite. By far this storage facility top's the other's. I would highly recommend this storage facility to anyone in need of one. I have been very pleased with my experience with this company.

The staff was extreamly friendly, the unit was clean and they showed me different options so that I could get the best for my money.

I have found that the area is clean when we go to our unit. The location is great it is close to the U-Haul Store. It at the right place for us.

I was very impressed with not only the quality of customer service but the security of the storage. I feel very happy storing my things at this facility and feel that my things are very safe stored here.

Just moved into town and needed storage. I looked around a little bit, and Extra Space came up. When I talked to the staff there, they were very professional and knew their stuff. I went with them and I'm not disappointed. Security seems top notch and the site always looks good when I come by. Plus, they were right by my neighborhood. That always helps! I really would recommend them.

I have used other storage units before, but when I needed a unit on a moments notice I was able to get my unit, get it quickly, and it was just what I needed at a better price than other places I checked. The whole process was very convenient and I have been most impressed by the payment options which are more complete and user friendly then other places I've used in the past.
