I recently purchased a storage unit at auction and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The staff were exceptionally helpful and informative throughout the process, and even provided an order lock for added security. Their professionalism and transparency were evident from start to finish — every item listed in the auction was present in the unit, and a tamper tag was in place as well. I will absolutely be returning for future auctions.

This is my first time doing business with Extra Storage Place. Bonnie explained the process, gave me a mini tour, answered my questions, and was very polite and nice. And as a bonus : I did not know how to unlock and lock my storage, she took the tome out to take me to my storage and show me how to work the lock. ?????
