From move-in to move-out, Dolly was genuinely outstanding. She made us feel completely at ease from day one, welcoming us like family and staying just as attentive a full year later when it was time to move out. That kind of consistent care is rare and really stood out. Over the course of our rental, we never had a single issue with our unit. Everything was clean, secure, and exactly as expected. One feature I especially appreciated was the app-based access — being able to enter and exit the facility right from my phone made the whole experience so much more convenient, and honestly gave me a lot of peace of mind that our belongings were in good hands. Highly recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for a stress-free, secure, and friendly experience!

In my opinion these units are far over priced especially where it is located, wasn’t sure if I needed to call swat just to walk from the car to the building and back. The receptionist had a terrible attitude when I closed my unit out to find a different facility. She called and said if I came to settle up for the move by 5:30pm, I made it there and when I opened the door to pay for the extra day she was on the phone and gave me a 1 min finger, I said ok, waited until she got off the phone, I was suppose to pay for two days past the move out date which was $4, the cost is $2 per day for the unit I had, which was a 5’x9’, well, I waited and she finally got herself off the phone from yelling at someone, she said ok Ralph it’s $4, actually it’s $6, because your past 5:30pm, I said it’s 5:33, she said ok well then your not a day late your 3 min late, she spoke in a smug attitude, I wouldn’t of paid the “$2” but I couldn’t open the gate to drive through. With people running the office with very poor customer service skills and obviously unable to control her emotions from whomever she was yelling at on the phone, they shouldn’t allow people like that to run businesses. They lost a customer for life as I will never return to a company who obviously doesn’t care who they hire to provide service to customers. I wouldn’t come to this location if your considering a storage unit. Mine was supose to be 24 hr access and that was also not true:!
