On January 8 I had an appointment with an affiliated extra storage facility. When I arrived I was told that several units had caught on fire and the unit I was interested in was one of them. They advised me that there were no other units available. The manager there recalled that another storage unit had recently opened from the same company down the street from Mission Gorge in Santee, Ca. She called the storage office on 10835 Woodside, Santee, they inturn confirmed they had an available unit so I went and decided to rent the unit. They were very knowledgeable and professional. I appreciated the whole experience. Thank you. I finally moved my belongings a week later because I became sick and had to hire a moving service to move there from Orange County.

Been here for about three months. I have a 10 x 20 drive up unit. The dimensions are a bit off but the place is a the cheapest out of about eight or nine different facilities that I checked. Inside was clean. Outside looks nice. Nice pavement. Better hours than most places 6 AM to 10 PM. The places on Woodside Avenue in Santee and it’s a safe area plus easy to get to. Manager seems like he’s on top of things, and knows what he’s doing. Rules are a bit strict, but probably not more than any other place. People complain, but if they didn’t have these type of rules, then the homeless would move in and take over.
