Zack was extremely helpful and personable. He took the time to confirm with his bosses if our family trust qualified for monthly storage and which legal papers to bring for the contract. Zack was genuinely concerned all parties were satisfied and quoted us a lower monthly rate than previous! We are very happy to be working with Zack and Extra Space Storage.
