I was online sourcing for the best option at multiple places. I inquired here at Extraspace Storage and Amanda gave me a call answered all of my questions and my biggest concern was security. I was out of town when we connected, but was able to still put on hold a unit with a start date once I got back. That was actually very convenient for me because it meant I wasn’t gonna pay for days or start a billing cycle without using the Storage. She was beyond helpful and so glad that she’s the one who gave me a call and walked me through. Once I got in town, I was able to go straight to the unit. It’s a very easy inconvenient way. The staff also seems extremely helpful. As I’ve been organizing my storage unit I’ve noticed that they also do rounds around the property to ensure the security and safety, which to me is amazing!!!
