It was my first time renting a storage space at all to store some belongings. I rented it virtually and within 10, 15 minutes (maybe even less), I got a phone call from Joah noting that I had rented a storage space and to contact him if I had any questions. The app itself seemed self explanatory until I arrived at the location where I needed help figuring out how to enter the location. I ended up calling Joah back and he walked me through how to enter the gates and drove me over to where my storage spot was. Without him, I think I would have spent a long time trying to figure out the location. In addition to that, he took the time to walk me through the app--which the bluetooth was NOT working. He tried troubleshooting before calling support and stayed with me the entire time to ensure I was set up and ready to move my stuff in. Very attentive, knowledgable, and helpful guy. Knew the location like the back of his hand and was very knowledgable in any and all questions I asked. Hands down couldn't have had a better interaction. Very impressed. Without him, I think 1) wouldn't have gotten in the gate and 2) wouldn't have been able to as quickly resolve my app issue where the bluetooth range wasn't connecting. He really went the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Thank you so much Joah!

I dealt with Joe ( not the first time ) He was a pleasure to talk to , and knows the ropes of the Extra Space Storage better than anyone ( knows the best solutions for things ) I like Extra Space Storage because it's a " tucked away " Storage Locker Facilty, and it's very secure as well .
