UPDATE: I AM ASSUMING THERE WAS ANOTHER THEFT JOB BECAUSE I SHOWED UP AT MY UNIT AROUND 6PM AND POLICE WHERE THERE WITH THE MANAGER, THEN JOHN LEFT!! THIS WAS ONN 9/16/2026 THERE IS TO MUCH RIF AF GOING ON! What is going on with this company that all these people are being robbed? Managers are asking these people, if they want Insuance and this was ONLY 6mos ago? I thought insurance was "manadatory"? The same people who were asked are being robbed. This is why you have to watch the storage every single day. If you pay all this money and the prices are extremely high plus insurance, you must go there and check it daily. STOP USING THE APP!! THAT IS A SURE WAY OF BREAK IN. TWO DAYS AGO I FOUND THE GATE OPEN. I have experienced theft and its ALWAYS INSIDE AN JOB!! It's not by chance. There have been to many robberies at this company, at this location!! I have been here 5 mos and the greed is absurd, now my rent has been raised another $600 a year. Just know if your being robbed its time for a class action lawsuit! Its not by chance, its an inside job!! Owners GREEDY!!
