They rely on bait and switch, where you get the unit for 50% off for the 1st 2 months and then you get a letter in the mail that your rental unit is now doubled in price. When I rented I inquired as to what the rate change would be after the introductory rate, but was told that it would be the market rate. This does not help because without an actual number to rely, you're taking a chance of having to move your stuff out in 2 months for a lower rate rental unit elsewhere. I ended moving to a SmartStop rental facility nearby at a non discounted rate that was cheaper. Also on a side note, on my moving day I started my 1st moving trip at around 8:00 am only to discover that my unit was locked on the return trip at 12:00pm. I was not able to get access to my unit until the rental manager came back from lunch at 1:00 pm. When I spoke to the rental manager to inquire as to why, I was locked out she told me that she made a mistake and put me on the non payment list (I did pay my rent on April 1st via auto pay and this was on April 25th).

That kind of energy sets the tone. ?? The team there is friendly, attentive, and genuinely cares about making things easy. Smooth process, great vibes, and solid people all around. And just wait till you hear about the treasures we’re pulling out of here ???? Highly recommend if you want a spot that feels welcoming and handled right.
