If you’re looking for someone who can make renting a storage unit feel like a VIP experience, ask for Theresa at Extra Space Storage. I came in stressed, overwhelmed, and one box away from starring on an episode of Hoarders, and Theresa somehow turned the entire experience around with patience, humor, and top-tier customer service. She answered every question, made the process ridiculously easy, and treated me like I was her favorite customer of the day. The facility was spotless, secure, and organized, but honestly Theresa is the real reason I’d recommend this location. Give this woman a raise, a vacation, and maybe her own parking spot because she absolutely deserves it!
