????? I had my storage unit at Extra Space Storage for about three months, and my experience was excellent from start to finish. The entire team was always professional, helpful, and available whenever I had questions or needed assistance. A special thank you to Sheneka, who went above and beyond to help me during my move-out process. She worked with me to extend my rental by a few days and then by a week, which saved me from having to pay for an entire extra month. Her willingness to work with me made a huge difference during an already stressful time. Sheneka was always kind, patient, professional, and kept me informed every step of the way. Customer service like hers is hard to find, and it truly made my experience a positive one. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking for a storage facility where the staff genuinely cares, communicates well, and goes the extra mile to help their customers.
