I recently needed a small storage unit on a short term basis. There are sooooo many choices. I saw a great price at the perfect location and was able to immediately reserve the unit online with no commitment. Ed with Extra Space Storage made it so easy. He kindly answered all my questions to confirm this was the right unit for me. And everything came as advertised! The move-in process was so simple and I had possession of my unit within 30 minutes of my initial reservation. 5/5 - would recommend!

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Alicia and the way she helped me. I was in a really tough situation and accidentally booked a car storage spot instead of an actual storage unit. I had a U-Haul completely loaded with all of my belongings, and I needed to have the truck returned that same day. I was stressed, running out of time, and honestly wasn’t sure what I was going to do. Alicia went completely above and beyond. She didn’t just tell me where I could find another location — she actually took the time to help me locate a storage unit that would work, and then she called the next location herself to make sure everything was taken care of and that I was going to be okay when I arrived. That level of care and effort is something you don’t come across every day. Alicia could have easily just handled the basic request and moved on, but instead she treated my situation like it mattered to her personally. She turned what could have been a complete disaster into a situation I could actually breathe through. I genuinely don’t know what I would have done without her help that day. Alicia, thank you for your patience, kindness, professionalism, and for going the extra mile when I really needed someone to do so.
