I thought their building was kept very clean and I liked the location, but after my first year was up (I pre-paid) they tried to raise the price to almost double. I had a 15x20 unit (two 10x15's side by side) on the second floor. There were 7 of these units empty at the timer of my renewal. They refused to work with me and I ended up moving to a different company.
