Excellent experience with Extra Space Storage from start to finish. The online billing system is simple and hassle-free, the access hours are very convenient, and the climate-controlled units give real peace of mind when storing valuable items long term. The facility is clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed. One thing I really appreciated was how easy move-ins and organization are. Elevator access makes transporting heavier items much less stressful, and there always seem to be hand trucks available nearby which is a huge help.
