My sister and I were talking about the lack of respect that so many younger people seem to have for their elders today. While speaking, I thought about Shannon. I just went on and on about the sweet young woman I have come to think so much of. She is always polite, respectful, and kind. The service is superior to all that I've had over the past 32 years that I have continuously stored my belongings that I don't have room for at home. She even remembered my birthday was yesterday. That really touched my spirit. It still makes me smile. If you want to have good service and special people to look after your personal property, consider Extra Space (Pulaski Highway). It's always a special experience for me.
