I was looking for a storage unit and there were none available as quickly as I needed one. Renee, Lois and Dan at extra space storage in south easton went above and beyond to accommodate me. The experience I had there is one that you wish you got everywhere you went!!! The three of them are the reason I will not only recommend extra space storage to everyone I know but never go any where else myself!!!

I like to pay a few months in advance and I would just like to ask why you don't offer that option online? You are allowed to auto-pay, but I only wanted to charge a few months at a time. I went to the facility at 2:30 and there was a sign with a clock stating that the manager would return at 3:15. Well I couldn't go back there then, so came back home and paid for the one month that I was able to do online. Just a little inconvenient but maybe something to think about for your online site. Thank you

After 12 long years at a nearby competitors storage facility which was little more than a dump, it is a pleasure to be at Extra Space Storage. The facility is clean, well lit, and a real professional operation. Snow is completely plowed and cleared almost as fast as the snowstorm ends. The Manager Kevin, is also professional and always available. We have a front office here, so even our front door and rear door are shoveled out after every snow fall. I went to the facility to meet with the manager and found a pleasant person who was helpful, respectful and a professional gentleman to do business with. I had no hesitations that my items would be in good hands. Several months later, another gentleman had replaced the person I had met initially.
