I'm leaving in NYC, right across George Washington Bridge, so I was looking in the nearby location, I looked into offerings from many different storage companies, and I went to visit them all, after I came to 550 Main St. location and speaking to the front desk I felt that this was the place I wanted to rent the unit, and so I did. So far it's been over 6 months I'm renting a space there and I feel very pleased. Location is great and facility is great as well, but what I like the most is people working there.

I have an 8x10 unit. This company increases its rates too often. I got another letter today stating they will increase my rate from $204 to $221. This is the 3rd increase in 2 years. I have to look for a different storage company.

Needed a convenient space for temporary storage for my daughter's household goods while she transitions to a smaller space in Manhattan. Couldn't have asked for a better experience in terms of location, outstanding customer service, follow-through, cleanliness, security and safety of neighborhood. I would recommend this establishment without qualification. Simply superb!

* unclean facility, terrible customer service, and a really smart-mouthed, confrontational, unprofessional 'manager' * i've seen hallways unswept for months, cockroaches, as well as funky smells on the way to my unit .. management never seems to care .. the other employees are usually pretty friendly and professional .. but the manager (her name starts with 'A') is just a disgrace .. i've never met anybody quite as rude before in any line of work .. for that, she gets an A+++

I am an old customer who is very satisfied with the attention that I had always received, The manager is always going the extra mile to make sure that I get what I need. No broken doors in all these years. Being there late nights and feel safe. Location is convenient and very spacious, and clean as well. Employees make me feel welcome and relax. Very satisfied!!!
