Lady on the phone said she was a “manager” and that she would get me the best deal. First offer was over $100. Second offer was around $87. But I turned out paying around $140ish at the end because she didn’t first tell me about the $19.99 lock or insurance charges. Said it was a “drive up” storage, but it was actually inside which took me forever to locate because I was looking for a drive up one. Couldn’t open the storage unit. And no lock was provided so we had to take someone else's new lock. Terrible experience.
