We pay dearly for our 4th story unit. The place was disgusting, dirty floors and trash everywhere. Plus there haven't been any carts in months and months. At least the elevator was working this time. This last time I've gone up there and there is construction and I get locked inside the parking lot and can't get out! I called all the numbers I could. I literally had to call a Lyft to come get me and leave my car locked up in there. It's not the manager, she's alright. Too bad she has to work for such a sorry excuse of a company. We pay over $300 for our unit. You would think somebody could be in control over the gate 24-7. They don't care at all!!! Absolutely horrible!!! Also, at night it would be. I've to be able to see inside my unit! Turn some dang lights on please!!! And carts???? Nope never. They just don't have them anymore, they said they get stolen well figure it out.

Safety and security have gone to nothing here. Why is the property gate wide open over night?!?! People’s belongings, heirlooms, furniture, cars, etc. are stored here, some of which are sentimental items that one can never buy back. Why aren’t you all providing the proper amenities that are monthly being paid for? If we storage tenants pay for an air conditioned/temperature regulated storage area, why are the doors propped open in the heat of day for DAYS?!?!?! Why are the lights all burst out in the hallways and not yet fixed!?!?!? What is going on here?!? It even seems like there are people are living on the property. Is there a manager for this location?!? Is the Extra Space Corporate headquarters in Utah aware of the condition of this location? Please provide an explanation for the current deplorable condition of this property.
