My husband and I were there to get our Smart Car out of storage. We had trouble getting it to start. Casey, the store manager, was there in the office to try to help us. She was kind and very helpful. She went above and beyond to try to help us. Steven, the regional manager, was also there, and he was very nice and helpful. He also offered us cold water because it was so hot that day. They both went above and beyond to try to help us get our car out. Smart Cars are tricky to deal with sometimes. Absolutely amazing service! Whitney took me around and showed me different-sized units, since I'm a visual person. Having to move on short notice, my anxiety was very high. Perfectly Sized, Climate-Controlled Units

I needed a place to store my belongings on short notice while leaving town for a few months. I went to several different places, and I was very skeptical and had second and even third thoughts of renting from anyone else. Just when I had given up hope, I saw this huge Extra Space Storage building right off I-95. As soon as I laid my eyes on it, it was as if a magnetic field pulled my vehicle towards this building. When I walked in, everyone in the office immediately stopped what they were doing and greeted me. Joe, the manager, got me a perfectly sized unit on a climate-controlled floor at a cheaper rate than others. To top it off, the facility was super duper clean! I was so impressed by how such a small crew can keep such a huge building so clean. Everyone was so happy to be there as if they were all part of a big family. Extra Space Storage is, hands down, the best storage option and solution for personal and business storage needs. I recently had three different storage units in three different locations, primarily for my business and personal storage needs. The location features a great drive-up area for loading and unloading, as well as large, open spaces. The back-gated areas are ideal for larger vehicles.
