Extra Space Storage Opens New Facility in Kissimmee, FL

Extra Space Storage is excited to announce the opening of a new Kissimmee, FL storage facility at 2865 E Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy. This marks the third new Extra Space development in the area in just six months, which highlights the continued demand for storage in the fast-growing Central Florida area.
The new development features 95,000 net rentable square feet with 946 rentable units available in a wide range of sizes from 5x5 to 10x30. Plus, the indoor building is equipped with climate control to help protect customers' belongings from Florida's heat and humidity.
The opening represents a successful continued partnership with HB Capital Group, a Miami-based real estate development firm.

The development of this new Kissimmee storage facility would not have been possible without the dedicated team behind it. Behind the scenes, it took a coordinated effort to bring this site to life. Steve added, "With every new site opening, it takes a team to get it opened and rent-ready. Huge thanks to the store team and to District Team Leads John Acevedo and Jon Regan, who were instrumental in getting this property ready—even before the site had electricity."
