Extra Space Storage Opens New Facility in Magnolia, NJ

Extra Space Storage is thrilled to announce the opening of a new facility at 517 N White Horse Pike in Magnolia, NJ, now part of our third-party management portfolio. Located just outside of Philadelphia, this facility is positioned to meet the growing demand for modern storage solutions in the region.

This ground-up development features 84,260 net rentable square feet with 881 storage units in sizes ranging from 5x4 to 10x30. The facility offers 92% interior climate-controlled units and 8% non-climate drive-up units, providing customers with flexible options whether they're storing household goods, business inventory, or seasonal items.

This site is operated in partnership with Nuvo Development, an experienced real estate development firm based in Orlando, FL. Nuvo's focus on self storage development began in 1999, and Extra Space has a strong history of working with this ownership group to manage their properties.

All departments communicated effectively, and it was a celebratory moment when we were given the green light to open.
