This location is our latest expansion in the New York metropolitan area and is set to serve the residents of Newark and the surrounding communities with exceptional self storage solutions.
This modern facility offers an impressive 98,564 net rentable square feet and features 1,293 storage units in a variety of sizes ranging from 5x5 to 10x30. Whether customers are looking to store household goods, business inventory, or seasonal items, this site provides flexible, convenient, and secure options to meet diverse needs.
This site is operated in partnership with CrownPoint Group, a privately held real estate development and investment company with a focus on the New York metropolitan area. CrownPoint specializes in the development of institutional-quality multifamily, commercial, and self storage projects. While this is Extra Space's first official collaboration with CrownPoint, we are excited to build on our previous work with Vice President Michael Legacki and grow this valuable relationship.
