Can I manage my account online?

Yes, however, Storage Express customers will now manage their account through the Extra Space Storage My Account portal. With My Account, you have 24/7 access to your account. This means you can find your gate access code, make payments online, enroll in easy pay, find your facility contact information, and update your personal contact information.

How do I pay my bill online?

Yes. You can make payments anytime through My Account or enroll in easy pay.
