So easy to start rental online. Facility is easy to access and very clean. All of the employees I have come into contact with are very friendly and helpful.

Reasonable price clean and staff is friendly.

I needed a small storage unit, for a potentially long term rental. Christine was incredibly helpful and got me into a unit that is perfect for my needs. My unit is indoors in the climate controlled area which is well lit, incredibly clean, spacious, and secure. There are carts available for use with moving your items also. They have restrooms available on site as well as a water fountain accessible to all tenants.

The people helping to get you set up for the storage are great. Very helpful and friendly. Rates are reasonable with the intro prices, which of course will go up. My biggest complaint is the door to get into the unit itself. It is secure but it's a pain when you're trying to move things in and out, which is why we all have storage spaces in the first place...especially when you're by yourself! It really needs a door that can be held open so you can actually pull out a cart without the door slamming shut as you're working it outside. So my guess is that the people that designed that building never actually had to use a storage space; otherwise, they probably would have installed something like a sliding door, which would be a lot more convenient. On the plus side, since it is just a storage place, you're not having to constantly deal with it every day.

I just rented a unit at Storage Express and can't speak highly enough about my first impressions and the experience. First of all, the site Manager, Christine is awesome. She was a true pleasure to deal with and extremely helpful. She answered all my questions and also provided insight I didn't even think to ask for on top of that. The facility and units are spotless. The site seems very secure, is well lit and offers great accessibility, including carts to move your belongings in/ out. And last but never least, the price is right! I highly recommend for anyone in the market for a storage solution!
