I really enjoyed the sales pitch by Sandy and she was very pleasant. I was very thorough on every detail and wrote it down. I still have that paper. 5×10 $68 2 nd month free, 10×10 $94 2 nd month free then she says 10×25 $69 a month no rate change but have to get by tomrw. I have more but you get the idea. I jumped on the offer and paid Feb, March, April,and may. June they want to charge me 139.00 yes that's double and I asked why they said I would have to talk to the manager in my area named Heather who is never available. I talked to someone the next day who claims it's in my lease they can raise since it's month to month. I asked about the notice because it was by that time less then 30 days notice . I had to find out by automated when I called about a lock change. They said it's in the mail. They email me receipts, payments that are due but not a change in rate . Leave it to the mail which may be late or never come. Never will I recommend this place ever. I have them my notice and got out asap. Oh and told them your bill is in that same mail. I'm not the only person this has happened to now that I'm sharimg my story.
