Offers affordable storage near my home. Offered 1st month rental for free. Had a one time fee of like $29, which included lock and 2 keys. Monthly rental fee was almost $40 less a month than I had been paying for same size area at another storage place. Was able to make all arrangements over the phone. Lock and keys were left in unit for me.
