Easy set up over the phone. I'm just storing excess household stuff after a move to a smaller place so I got a 5×5 unit and they let me waive the insurance. Easy to sign digital documents for the contract. I was immediately in the system because when the email with the code didn't come through (spam filter maybe?) I got it through the automated phone system. I was able to speak to the local manager quickly to get a map. I love that they provide a lock because I panicked when i got there and realized I didn't think of getting one. The unit holds all my stuff with space leftover so I think that's ???? great.

Was extremely easy to get a unit. Very straightfoward process. At least 2 different unit sizes. As a bonus you get to keep the lock after you are done with the unit!
