I got a wrong size storage and Adam was able to accommodate me and had gotten me a bigger size one really fast. I’ve been using them for 3 months now and it’s been a good experience!

Since under new management the Staff has been great. Sudden increases have been challenging since I retired. I believe the unit is 5 by 10 but they say its 10 by 10. I've had no other problems. I appreciate the new staff helping me get back on track. I wish the units were air tight because I'm concerned about damage to some things stored. Moved fast having shelves would of made it easier to store. Hopefully this summer I can reorganize to better utilize the space. Thankful for my unit.

I called around and was very frustrated at the pricing for renting a storage unit at this time. But along eith everything else nowadays it has gone up! I called storage express and was treated so kindly, they were able to accommodate my every need even to my budget restrains, I was even gifted a free lock! Thanks storage express, I wouldn't dare go anywhere else to store my personal belongings!
