They don't tell you that the price you pay online will almost double after 3 months. They just surprise you with it. You have no other option than to either pay or it lose your stored items. EDIT: Extra Space Storage (Owner), charging double the original amount after only 3 months is "affordable"? And for what? Nothing at the facility has changed within that time. EDIT #2: Just got ANOTHER notice that they are raising the rent AGAIN! It's time to get out of here and just go across the street. There are bigger units there that are cheaper & they haven't been raising the rent on their customers every few months.

Rent just keeps going up, and up, and up, and up, and up, and up, and up. Stating that their "rates are reviewed and adjusted depending on current market conditions". Yet, you can drive to this facility and see that a large # of units are empty and available. The storage units right across the highway are bigger AND cheaper. This place just keeps raising their rent every few months.
