Best storage place I ever had the other places give me the run around but Nicole the manager helped me promptly and figured everything out in minutes. Bug storage for a great price and the digital lock makes it way easy to get in especially with impatient children.

They’ve continually raised prices over the last couple years and still can’t manage to get someone to answer the phone.

AVOID Extra Space Storage!! Drive the extra mile to go somewhere else! Their prices always go up, usually within a couple of months so it’s really a bait and switch. They raise their prices, sometimes consecutive months in a row, because it’s reflecting “market rates,” but curious that the market rate is always a price increase, not a decrease. Yes it is in their contract, yes they send you a postcard… it’s the legal requirement, but it also gets lost in all the other junk mail most of the time. They have your text and email and will send you payment reminders, receipts and notifications but not notifications of rate increases because they know you’ll actually see those and be angry, possibly move out. Also the roof leaked causing the items that I had stored to rust and we’re unwilling to do anything about it. That’s reason why I was paying rent for the unit was to keep my stuff from getting wet and resting. They’ve also started putting stickers on the locks, but melt into a sticky gooey mass and when I asked them to either clean it off or provide replacement locks they said sorry that’s on you. There’s my feedback, buyer beware!
