GREAT customer service at 27th Ave/Glendale location! We received a friendly "welcome call" by the team offering to help with any questions. This is our 2nd unit we are renting here. Very happy with the manager's help and personalized service when we forgot to lock the unit. He saw the unit was unlocked and he protected our things with a padlock until we returned and asked about the padlock. Very easy to replace our key/lock and all is well.
