I been using this storage facility for quite some time to store items for my daycare business and I couldn't be happier with the serviceI have received. The facility is always very clean, well maintained, and had never had any issues. Most importantly , I have complete peace of mind knowing my belongings are safe. What truly makes this place exceptional is their staff. Every team member I have interacted with has been friendly, respectful and genuinely willing to help. Recently, my monthly rate had increased, soI asked if there was any way they could help lower it. Pauline kindly listened to my situation and told me she will speak to her manager. Later, she got back to me with good news - the manager approved lowering my monthly payment by $60. That made a significant difference for me, and I was so grateful that they took the time to understand my situation instead of simply saying no. Their kindness and professionalism, and outstanding customer service are the reasons I continue to stay with them. I also really appreciate that one of the staff members speak Spanish which makes customers feel even more welcome and comfortable. A special thank you for Pauline, Kyrie, and Monica-for always greeting me with kindness, treating me with respect, and going above and beyond to help whenever have a question or need assistance. Your positive attitudes and willingness to help truly make a difference. It is rare to find a team that genuinely cares about its customers the way you do. Thank you all for making this such a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for a clean, secure place with exceptional customer service and amazing staff.
