Came in today and was greater by Austin who helped us out get our space quickly. He was very informative and helpful of any questions we had. Definitely recommend coming here to store your things. Is a quiet and secure place.

Austin, the manager, followed me inside to harass me over changing my shirt in my ajar unit where I am storing my personal belongings as stated on my account when i first moved in. No surprises, no funny business, just a girl changing her T-shirt inside a unit she paid for and all of this happened under 3 minutes of me entering the property. Like literally followed me inside to harass me. I was already ending my lease as my trip to this portion of Orange County will be over within the next week but he specifically was trying to cause a scene and find a reason to terminate my lease — which there was none. My unit was not shut and nothing was transpiring that would have violated the terms of my lease. There was no valid reason to even stalk me from the beginning.. it felt extremely targeted. I asked him why he doesn’t police the hispanic lawn care guys who sit inside of their units next to mine with the door shut watching pornography and making themselves known to me. He didn’t have an answer. So if i’m to assume his reasoning, maybe it’s racial profiling? transgender harassment? Regardless, it was uncalled for and beyond unprofessional — it felt like a psychotic break. He was visibly shaking and flushed when approaching me. I’ve never had an issue like this with Extra Storage from the other properties that i’ve rented from. If you value your safety and privacy as a woman, do not come here. The manager and other tenants will harass you to extremes.
