I wouldn’t recommend this place for long-term customers. I’ve been renting a 10x20 unit here for two years, paying $210/month, and just got hit with a 35% rate increase out of nowhere. When I went in to talk about it, the response was basically that they could just rent the unit to someone else for more money. The best they could offer without needing “approval” was still a 20–25% increase. That’s not negotiation, that’s a take-it-or-leave-it tactic. What really makes it frustrating is that if you go online right now, you can book the same size unit for $182/month. So new customers get a better deal than loyal, long-term ones. This place might be fine for short-term use, but don’t expect any loyalty or fairness if you plan to stay. We intend to take our business elsewhere due to these unfair practices.

Extra Space has been a blessing to me from the day I entered it (especially Michael). My Mother passed away and I had no place to keep her belongings but Extra Space has been able to keep me from losing her property. I am so grateful for them. I hope in the future they stay steady and helpful for the public. Thank you so much Extra Space! Good job!
