I've used the services of Extra Space Storage a few times and I've always been beyond satisfied with the facilities, staff and customer service. However, I can't say the same for my recent experience at this location. When I informed the manager, Christina that my unit had been broken into her response was very non-chalant. " Oh well, you have insurance, right?" I then informed her that it seemed as someone had broken into several units near me via the wired roofing and they had even left screws that were removed just thrown about.. She responded with trying to deter me from calling the authorities. SHE HAD NO CONCERN ABOUT WHAT WAS COMMUNICATED TO HER! When the responding officer arrived she also tried to deter me from using the word "stolen". I then begin to think maybe the breaking and entering of customers units is an inside job. If you haven't received a phone call from the facility advising you to check on your belongings, I advise you to do so. I'll attach photos of what I found on the 5th floor. I'm not sure if units on other floors had been tampered with as I had no access to them. I purposely gave a 5 star rating so tennants would be able to see this review and photos. I would also like for Extra Storage Space to know what a slimy manager they have at this facility. ROUND OF APPLAUSE FOR CHRISTINA FOR BEING SUCH A CONCERNED AND PROFESSIONAL MANAGER ... NOT!

"During our first visit, we unfortunately found the office unattended and waited for 30 minutes. An employee then informed us that they couldn't fully help due to the late hour, and we waited another 15 minutes for assistance. Thankfully, the staff was able to resolve our questions during our second visit. We would like to have someone in the office all the time so that we don't have to wait.
