I want to give a big thank you to the team at Extra Space Storage on Lee Rd. I stopped by on Wednesday because my monthly payment had gone up about $20, and the staff was incredibly friendly and understanding. I spoke with a woman there (I’m really sorry I forgot your name), and she took the time to help me and let me know she’d follow up the next day, and she did exactly that. Thanks to her help, my increase went from $20 down to just $5, which I’m extremely grateful for. I really appreciate you all taking the time to help me and my family out. Thank you again!
